- What's your best piece of advice for new clients?
You wont know what it’s about unless you try and once you try you will be amazed at what you can achieve.
- Why did you choose Drive PT?
Drive came out to my house so its convenience and also there is no escape when they can knock on your door. I was amazed to find few reputable companies when I searched the internet but when I came across Drive I had no hesitation in picking up the phone.
- How did you feel before your first session?
Very Nervous, I didn’t know what to expect. Tom was reassuring and broke me into my program gently.
- And how do you feel now?
Great! But still nervous before my sessions. I’m now really motivated to train on my own in between my sessions with Tom.
- What's the best part of training?
The feeling that you have achieved something, Its not just the weight, its when you try on those clothes that you thought you would never fit in again. Its really interesting how foods I perceived as being best to avoid are now an integral part of my nutritional plan. Oh and there’s also finishing!
- And what's the worst part?
When you’re tired its hard to get started. If I have Tom he soon gets me going and when I am on my own I know that as soon as I start I start to feel much better.
- What results have you had to date?
I have nearly lost 2 Stone and god knows how many inches, my husband assures me that I am now more toned.
People at work now notice and comment that when I had lost weight before it didn’t show as much, this time round its being lost all over and is noticeable to everyone.
In my first session I wore a pair of trousers that were too tight. I tired them on the other day and they looked ridiculously big, that’s a sure sign that I am on the right track.
