- What's your best piece of advice for new clients?
The hardest part is getting started and finding time. Make sure you don’t give up after the first two weeks, find the time its well worth it!
- Why did you choose Drive PT?
Further to a referral from a close friend I then looked at Drive’s website. After I sent an email to request a consultation, Tom came round to my house to consult with me and my wife. What can I say? I was impressed by Toms understanding of my lifestyle and the changes I could make to improve my health without sacrificing my social life, I haven’t looked back since.
- How did you feel before your first session?
Embarrassed and nervous, after a few minutes Tom helped me relax and it wasn’t as bad as first thought. The information he gave us was very informative throughout.
- And how do you feel now?
Knackered! I’ve just finished one of my sessions. I never know what’s going to turn up in the form of my exercises but its always a pleasant surprise and worth the effort. Hard work during, Satisfying after!
- What's the best part of training?
Tension work. Try it and you will soon understand. Each week when you think it would be easier it becomes more challenging but again more satisfying, that’s when you really start to notice a change in your body’s condition.
- And what's the worst part?
I accept running as part of my regime but I dislike it along with Turkish get ups.
- What results have you had to date?
I am amazed as to the transformation in my body shape and energy levels. It becomes very satisfying when people notice. I had a suit measured the other day, my last one fitted 3 months ago but I needed 3” taking off the waist and I had put a couple of inches of muscle on my chest and arms.
Guys, we have the package tailored personally for you!
