- What areas do you cover?
Drive offers it’s home Personal Training service across the entire West Yorkshire and Harrogate area. We also cover border areas such as Manchester, North Yorkshire, and South Yorkshire. If you’re unsure, just ask!
- What days and times do you work?
Our trainers work Monday thru Saturday. Training times are agreed between the trainer and the client although typically sessions start from 6am thru until 9.30pm so we can adapt to even the busiest clients diary!
- Where will I train?
Your trainer will have good knowledge of your local area before you start, ensuring you have plenty of locations for your training. Session can take place completely indoors, outdoors, or a mixture of both. We are specialists in this area so rest assured we will look after all your requirements.
- Do I need any equipment?
No, we will bring all relevant equipment to you in our state of the art vehicles. The eqipment takes up minimal room indoors and is equally diverse outdoors. Clients are able to purchase their own equipment if they wish; this is available from Drive Sports.
- How much will it cost?
The cost of your training depends entirely on your goals, time scale and your budget. We have plenty of options available. This is why we don’t publish our costs, when you speak to one of our trainers they will advise you as to what programme will achieve your results and the pricing structure to best suit you.
Typically all our new clients must undertake the Life Enhancer Programme which offers a complete lifestyle service whilst allowing clients to use a personal trainer as a kick start without the financial tie ins.
- What if I don’t have enough room in my house/ apartment?
It doesn’t matter how much space you have in your home. We have worked with hundreds of clients in every space you can think of. Our trainers are experienced and can work with any type of space from the living room floor to the garage or garden. Your program will be equally effective!
- Do i need to be in reasonable shape before i start?
No, we have lost count of how many clients get back from holiday and say ‘ill book in in a couple of weeks when I am a bit fitter’. We prefer to start from scratch; this allows us to completely develop your body, nutritional behaviour and lifestyle to set you up for long term success. If you don’t feel fit enough, then you should definitely call us now rather than later.
- Do I need a gym membership?
Definitely not, years of industry experience has taught us that you don’t have to be a member of a gym to be fit and healthy. Read our Case Studies if you want to see the results we achieve with our clients through training at home and/or outdoors. We don’t use 90% of the equipment that you will see in a gym and we find that our clients find training away from the gym more enjoyable and less time consuming whilst proving a more effective workout.
- I’m carrying an injury can I start yet?
As long as you are medically cleared we are able to help you rehabilitate from injury whilst still improving your health and fitness. All our trainers are qualified sports therapists who have worked in professional sport and have a wealth of experience. We successfully work with physiotherapists, chiropractors, osteopaths, etc who we refer and have clients referred from.

- How often do I need training?
This depends on what results you want, what time frame you and your trainer put on achieving them and what your lifestyle dictates. Everyone is different therefore when you have a completed your Life Enhancer Programme yourself and your trainer will agree the best path which will suit you.
