About…. Metabolic Typing
Metabolic Typing is a unique method of finding total health and well being though nutrition. It is a process developed through extensive scientific studies based on the typical dietary patterns of primitive cultures, such as the Eskimos, American Indians and Celtic Irish.
Findings suggested that evolution and survival of the fittest has led to different cultures being specifically suited to a certain type of diet to survive. Despite the Eskimos consuming a diet of up to 90% fat and protein, the incidence of heart disease were non existent. Upon adopting a westernised diet of processed and refined foods, Eskimos soon became ill, suffering from many of the same ailments as today’s western cultures.
The concept of metabolic typing is not a fad diet, it is concerned with identifying your pre-determined genetic dietary requirements as a means of changing your health to achieve any of the following:

- Clarity of thoughts and concentration
- Reduce hunger cravings
