Designing a Home Gym
How to design your own home gym
Leeds bespoke home gym designer, Matt Clough from Clough and Clough discusses home gym design
The first questions I ask prospective clients when discussing the possibility of integrating a bespoke home gym into their home are simply
-What do you want it to do?
-What are you expecting to achieve by having a home gym designed for you?
-Who will be using the home gym?
-What are the ‘must have’ pieces of equipment it must include?
These simple but effective questions help me as a home gym designer and personal trainer to fully understand the needs of the client and their family. This in turn ensure that the home gym is designed to fully match and exceed their requirements, the important factor is to ensure the facility is kept in constant use.
Thankfully space limitations are no longer an issue when designing home gym, at Clough and Clough we pride ourselves as being at the forefront of the fitness industry. This enables us to recommend the latest fully integrated and functional, space saving equipment to ensure our clients have a home gym that will rival any commercial gym.
